1) All orders for stamps by UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd website are subject to these Terms and Conditions - read them in full before purchasing. By using www.universalmail.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms below. We may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
2) Online ordering
All UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd stamp products are available to be purchased online. The minimum order for is 10 stamp strips (50 stamps) and the maximum order is 100 strips (500 stamps). If you wish to purchase a greater amount please contact our office directly on +44 (0)20 3176 0541.
3) Payment
Payment must be received in advance unless other arrangements have been agreed. UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time and any payments made in respect of orders not yet processed will be refunded. All prices posted on this site are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rates, unless otherwise stated. Payment is to be paid by Credit Card or Debit Card.
4) Availability
All UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd stamp orders are subject to the stock availability. UniversalMail will not promise that all stamp products will be available when you make your online purchase. UniversalMail will contact you by phone or by email if a product has become unavailable or discontinued outright. In such an occurrence any payments made in respect of orders not yet processed will be fully refunded.
5) Ownership
UniversalMail United Kingdom retains ownership of stamps until payment has been received. All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you the customer once the product has been received.
6) Privacy
All personal information retained by this website is for the sole purpose of delivering your stamps. Your personal information such as contact details will be held by UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd. All personal information will remain confidential and secure. Giving us your personal contact details means you acept that a representative of UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd may contact you with information about future offers/products.
7) Delivery Policy
Delivery will be made at the address supplied by you the customer. UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd will attempt to dispatch customer orders within ten working days from receipt and payment of the order. UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd reserves the right to suspend delivery of further goods if the terms of payment are not strictly adhered to by you the Customer.
UniversalMail UK Ltd will send orders based on the following –
Week days – within 48 hrs of receipt of order.
Weekends and Public holidays 48 hrs from first working day.
For all UK only orders delivery will be made within 72 hrs.
For all EU orders delivery will be made within 7 working days.
For all Rest of the World orders delivery will be made within 14 working days
Note: ALL deliveries are subject to NO industrial action taking place - where this occurs we do not guarantee the above delivery times.
8) Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your stamp order, return the items to UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd within 14 days of product delivery. UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd will replace your stamp order or give you a refund. Refunds will only be given on undamaged and fully resaleable stamps.
If your order is damaged or incorrect please forward to address below for full replacement.

9) Postal Services
Worldwide Postcard stamps are to be used only for postcards of a maximum weight of 10 grams and a maximum dimension of 235 x 120mm .
Worldwide Letter stamps are to be used only for letters of a maximum weight of 20 grams and a maximum dimension of 240mm x 165 mm .
Postcard and Letter stamps are for use for International use only can not be used to post items within the UK or Channel Islands.

The intellectual property of this website, designs, stamp images and other intellectual property rights are the sole property of UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd. You may not copy, reprint, and republish any material from this website in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use or without prior written consent from UniversalMail United Kingdom Ltd. No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.
